 We hand picked Michael's for all of our catering needs at our wedding because of the wide range of food selection that he has. We worked with Lauren and Michael up to the day of the wedding and they were nothing short of amazing to work with. They are extremely flexible and accommodating with our needs and special requests. Michael worked closely with our wedding planner and owner of the venue to figure out logistics since his large truck cannot fit the turn up to the venue. Michael was so great to work with and I've heard only the best compliments from our wedding planner and vendor team! The food was amazing, everything they served was so well made, fresh, and DELICIOUS. We had to have sushi at our wedding and they were just flying off of their trays. The specially requested lavender lemonade was just the perfect refreshment. The main course with filet mignon, grilled lamb chops, and salmon were all so so good that our guests kept going back for more! The staff were so attentive to our needs and prepared sample platters for us to enjoy from cocktail hour and reception so we did not have to go up and get our own food. They continued to check up on us throughout the night regularly. We could not have picked a better caterer for our wedding. Do not hesitate to book Michael's for your event! Where to begin?

With less than 3 months to plan and execute s wedding, my wife and I were unable to find anyone available to help us cater our event.  We became so desperate that we had a number of local restaurants in the area on standby to make food “to go” in order to feed out 85 guests.  Nerve racking to say the least.

Having less than 3 months to go, my wife randomly received a call back from Bill, Michael’s event manager and bartender, who wound up being the main point person and manager of our event.  God bless Bill.

We had called them and left a voicemail but had heard nothing back for weeks… until Bill heard the message and called us back.
He and the team headed up by Chef Michael himself were so thorough and outstanding that I get goosebumps recounting how great they were.  They provided everything from the cutlery and plates to the delicious and well-balanced menu which we planned out together.

We started with a basic package but eventually upgraded to the gold package which included more entrees, full bar, and service that left an unforgettable impression on all of our guests.  There was never a moment Bill didn’t have a fresh drink in my hand.  Literally never even asked but it would magically appear as soon as I ran out.

They even coordinated with us to set up the bar at the red pick up truck we set up by the tent.  They assisted with all facets of the service, the drinks, the food and even went so far as to provide as much additional advice as we needed.

To note:  Came through day of event with heaters which were a lifeline as that night it was in the 40s and we would have lost many of our guests due to the temperatures.

Bill, Michael and the team served up and delivered for our outdoor wedding in an unforgettable way.  I’m still getting calls and texts from our guests raving about everything.  Thanks again!  Would recommend in a heartbeat. 

 My husband and I were  beyond pleased with our experience working with Michael's Event Catering  for our wedding.   From the very first tasting to the day of the  wedding Michael and his crew were so easy to work with consistently  showed care and dedication to the event.  Michael was always easy to get  a hold of and was prompt with his responses to email and was always  willing to help and clarify any questions I may have had.   The crew provided us cocktail hour and full buffet for our outdoor  wedding.  They provided a cooking tent for the event and had every  aspect covered no matter how big or small.  The staff , servers and  bartender were extremely personable and professional! The servers made  sure my husband and I were properly fed for cocktail hour and reception,  knowing we were distracted by photos and family and we truly  appreciated that!  A week after our wedding and our guests are still raving about the  delicious food!   With the package we choose there were plenty of  hors  d'oeuvres for our cocktail hour and every single thing was spectacular.    Every entree was prepared so well, the meat was tender and juicy and  the salmon was absolutely delicious and a fan favorite!  Being an  outdoor wedding we were nervous the food may not be served warm or  promptly. However, this was not an issue at all !     The buffet line  moved smoothly and quickly and the food was warm and fresh!  We could not have asked for a better catering  experience for our  wedding.   Everything went so well and we had no worries while working  with this company.  We cannot say enough positive things about working  with Michael and his crew.  We are so happy we choose to work with them!   Thank you Michael's Event Catering!! 

 Michael's Event Catering just catered my wedding last weekend at Thousand Acre Farm. I would highly recommend them to cater any event you are having. Their entire staff is so attentive and friendly. The owner is really great and willing to help with anything you need. Even if it is outside of their normal responsibilities. Everything was delicious and setup beautifully. Thank you, Michael, Cory, Lea and Daniel (sorry if I missed anyone else) for all the hard work you put in to make my wedding special. :) 

 We hired Michael’s  Event Catering to cook on site for our daughters first birthday. I was very impressed with the professionalism, and speed and quality of everything. We had terrible weather and it was an outdoor party. The chef and server take great care of us. They provided their own tent for cooking and serving and took excellent care of us and our guests. Food was incredible. Service impeccable,  I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. 

 We hired Michael's to cater our wedding and could not have made a better choice. Our guests raved about the catering for days. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious. We were a little concerned we may have underestimated the amount of food needed but Michael's assured us there would be plenty and they were correct. 

 We loved working with Michael's Catering and would highly recommend  them! All of our food was delicious and our service was just as good.  They allowed us to put our own twists on a few things, one being using  Boost (if you know, you know) in the slushie machine which was such a  hit with my husband's family. They also allowed us to come by their  office to get a few table cloths ahead of time since we were setting up  our own center pieces and side tables. They were also so clear with  their pricing which many other catering companies are not. We didn't  have to waste our time waiting for someone to email us back and then  find out they were out of our budget. We had clear communication  throughout the whole process and we were really taken care of as the  couple day of. There isn't a thing we would change about working with  Michael's!         

 A.MA.ZING.  I don’t know how he did it. But he did. I had a vision for what I wanted  and Michael and his team absolutely nailed it. The food, the tent, the  tables, the chairs, the dessert, the bar... even the restroom trailer  were just perfect. We had our wedding at my grandmothers house which is  obviously not normally a wedding venue... but that day it really was and  Michael is responsible for making my wedding dreams come true. Everyone  has been raving and ranting about the wedding and how great it looked.  The food was delicious and there was plenty left over for us to eat...  which was still delicious reheated the next day.  Michael has been the one I’ve been in direct contact with and he answers  any and all questions (even the stupid ones) with understanding and  flexibility. Despite being the head of this company, he still manages to  respond to my emails on time and even made time to come out to my  grandmothers (which wasn’t a quick ride) to see the layout and help us  plan for the day.  I could go on and on about this company but either way, I HIGHLY  recommend Michael's Event Catering for all of your needs.  -Kate and Bill 

 After cancelling our original wedding due to Covid, we immediately  contacted Michael's to cater our large backyard wedding. Michael went  above and beyond during the entire planning process, from last minute  rain plan changes to tiny design details. His entire staff was  absolutely incredible, and our guests continue to rave about the  attentiveness and professionalism of each staff member! We could not  have pulled off a Covid-Plan B-backyard wedding during a tropical storm  without the Michael's team! We are forever grateful!!!!
