Minimum Guest count - 50 guests. * Additional fees may be added on for smaller events

Included:

All Parties are Priced for a 4.5 hour Service

(2.5 hour Set up & Clean up, 2 hour Food Service).

Any Party requiring longer food service time will require additional cost.

Basic Disposables

Napkins, Food Boats, Forks, Knives, & Spoons.

(Upgrade to Chinaware $5.50pp or Reflection Ware $3.25pp)

Any and all permits, will be the clients responsibility)

Truck Dimensions: Length: 60', Width: 10', Height 12'

*Client must verify that we are allowed to to park on site and that there will be enough room

Base Fee

Base Fee: A fee of $400 will be added on to all events this covers staff cost.

Minimums:
$1,400 subtotal order
Additional hours: $300 per hour
This fee does not add on any additional time to serve food.
This fee is required if the truck needs to come earlier or can't leave due to venue requirements

Service Charge (Based on food & beverage) will be added to the Contract automatically, This Covers: Travel, Rentals, any products that are not directly charged to client.
All Guests are guaranteed a full dinner plate, seconds are available as long as the leftovers last, or until we break down the buffet.
Any cooked leftovers will be packed up and given to the host, at which point we are no longer responsible for the food. Non-cooked/raw Items can not be left with client.
